Utopia is a Mediterranean restaurant located at 96 Hammond Street in downtown Bangor, Maine, owned and operated by chef Rachel Moyse, who relocated to her hometown with a vision to bring the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inflected cuisine she discovered while studying in Rhode Island to the community.
