Parish Parlor is a locally owned, small-batch ice cream parlor located at 1912 Magazine Street in New Orleans’ Lower Garden District. Founded by Kelsey Fisher and Mason Romain, former bartenders-turned-ice-cream-makers, the shop creates French-style ice cream from scratch using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients, with flavors inspired by classic New Orleans desserts and childhood favorites. Parish Parlor offers both traditional and seasonal flavors, including vegan options, alongside made-to-order waffle cones in a charming space decorated with vintage vinyl records.
