Gracious Bakery

Gracious Bakery + Café is an artisan New Orleans bakery established in 2012, serving laminated French pastries, hand-shaped breads, creative desserts, and unique sandwiches crafted fresh daily using French technique and quality ingredients. Located at 2854 St. Charles Avenue and 4930 Prytania Street, the bakery also operates a wholesale facility on Earhart Boulevard supplying restaurants including Commander’s Palace and La Petite Grocery, as well as Tulane University and the Caesars Superdome. The bakery recently entered a new chapter under ownership of the Callais family with consulting from celebrity chef Jean Paul Bourgeois, aiming to expand its menus and launch a new Uptown restaurant while preserving its neighborhood presence.
