Sunday’s Soda Fountain is a downtown Lafayette restaurant and bar located at 431 Jefferson Street, serving fountain sodas, ice cream, craft cocktails, and classic American comfort food including beignets, burgers, and Louisiana specialties. Opened in fall 2022 by local entrepreneurs Michael Delcambre and Setareh Mirian-Delcambre, the restaurant was built in a historic building that once housed soda fountains dating back to the early 1900s, and features original stamped tin ceilings and tile flooring that evoke the building’s nostalgic past. The establishment serves as a family-friendly destination in the heart of downtown, complementing nearby attractions like the Lafayette Science Museum and Children’s Museum of Acadiana.
