Owner Dale Gautreaux, who transitioned from the bail bond business, founded the business after initially conceptualizing it as a mobile food truck serving homemade ice cream sandwiches. The bakery opened in April 2020 and has since become an active community establishment known for its commitment to quality, offering everything from artisanal bagels and sandwiches to globally-inspired treats and rotating gelato flavors, all created from scratch with fresh, local ingredients.
