Whiskful Baking Co. is an allergy-friendly bakery located at 730 Albertson Parkway in Broussard, LA, specializing in gluten, dairy, egg, soy, and nut-free baked goods including cupcakes, cookies, cakes, and brownies. Founded in late 2016 by owner and baker Dani Reggio following her diagnosis with gluten and dairy allergies, the bakery was originally called Dani Cakes Bakery before being renamed Whiskful Baking Co. in 2021. The business is actively involved in the local community, serving on the board of directors for Maddie’s Footprints, a local nonprofit organization that they support and advocate for.
