Smør Nordic Bakeri is Louisville’s first Scandinavian bakery, located at 1001 Trevilian Way in the Poplar Level neighborhood. Owned by Liz and Jesse Huot, the bakery specializes in authentic Nordic pastries and breads, including lingonberry knots, cinnamon knots, and Finnish pulla, alongside a curated gift shop featuring Scandinavian imports. The bakery operates Thursday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering dine-in and in-store pickup options.
