Shahar is a plant-based restaurant in Louisville that specializes in vegan and vegetarian cuisine, including signature dishes like impossible burgers, vegan chicken sandwiches, and creative plant-based comfort food. Founded in 2019, the restaurant relocated to its current location at 1127 Logan Street in the Shelby Park neighborhood in late 2023 after closing its original Highlands location, and now offers dine-in, takeout, and catering services along with cocktails.
