All products are 100% vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, and cholesterol-free, with over 40 frosting and topping options to create personalized flavor combinations. The bakery was established as a franchise concept originating from Berkeley, California in 2010, and the Louisville location is operated by husband-and-wife team Sean and Dion Roberson, who bring the nationally recognized brand home after discovering it while living in Atlanta.
