Better Than Flours

Better Than Flours is a dedicated gluten-free bakery located at 2528 State Route 5 in Ashland, Kentucky, established in 2019 by owner Holly Ross. The business began as a home-based operation before expanding to farmers markets and local events, eventually opening its current commercial storefront in 2022 to meet growing demand. Better Than Flours offers a variety of gluten-free baked goods available for special order, operates walk-ins on Saturdays with special order pickups Monday through Friday, and provides commercial food processing services to local stores and restaurants.
