Wheat Street Dogs is a locally owned vegan hot dog cart in Wichita, Kansas, established in 2018, serving handcrafted plant-based hot dogs and sausages made in-house. As Wichita’s first and only all-vegan hot dog cart, the business is owned by Pat and Judy Handley and has built strong community ties, donating their tips to local charities including the Wichita Animal Action League.
