Sunflour Cafe & Collective, established in 2022, is a vegetarian cafe and marketplace located at 6120 W Central Ave in Wichita, KS. Owner Nicole created the space to provide an allergy-friendly cafe where the community can gather, enjoy health-conscious food including vegan and gluten-free options, and where small businesses and local creators can share their products. The business operates as both a cafe serving coffee, tea, smoothies, waffles, sandwiches, and pizza, and as a retail marketplace featuring over 40 local vendors selling handcrafted goods including jewelry, art, baked goods, and other artisan products.
