Whole Harvest Kitchen is Kansas City’s first fully plant-based restaurant specializing in 100% whole-food, scratch-made meals served at its location in Town Center Plaza in Leawood. The restaurant, which evolved from a 2018 meal-prep company called Fresh, Healthy, Fast, features an award-winning culinary team and an inventive menu that includes signature dishes like jackfruit tacos and mushroom stroganoff, all prepared without added sugar, oil, or excess sodium.
