Either/Or is a contemporary American restaurant located at 6222 Grand Avenue in Des Moines, opened in early fall 2023 by the team behind Lua Brewing. The restaurant offers intentional, well-crafted cuisine featuring 100-percent Iowa Certified Angus Beef ground in-house daily, fresh handmade dishes including homemade bologna, and thoughtful cocktails with hand-squeezed juices. Situated on 1.5 acres near Valley Junction, Either/Or features an eclectic dining space with a massive outdoor area that includes a covered patio, five fire pits, children’s playscape, dog-friendly seating, and private event spaces accommodating up to 100 guests.
