Sweet Swirls

Sweet Swirls is central Iowa’s first rolled ice cream shop, launched in the summer of 2017 from a trailer before opening its permanent storefront in downtown Ankeny that fall. Located at 303 Southwest School Street, the shop specializes in fresh, hand-crafted rolled ice cream made daily using locally sourced ingredients, along with hand-packed pints, shakes, ice cream cakes, and sandwiches.
