3 in 1 Restaurant is a family-owned establishment celebrating the rich culinary traditions of Mexico and El Salvador, specializing in authentic pupusas, tamales, and other traditional Central American dishes made with locally grown, organic ingredients. Established in 2009, the restaurant began as a family operation selling tamales and pupusas at local farmers markets before expanding to a brick-and-mortar location at 1413 West 86th Street in Indianapolis, where it continues to be family-operated and run by Chef Maria, who is teaching her three sons to carry on the authentic Salvadoran cooking traditions passed down through generations.
