Founded in 2017 by Brian Wallers with the vision of bringing quality ice cream and great atmosphere to Palatine, the shop was named after his dog Daisy and quickly became a community gathering place for families. The business is now owned by the Minton family, lifelong Palatine residents who took over in 2022 while preserving the original vision and welcoming atmosphere that has made Daisy’s a standout local establishment.
