Artesanos (FOODTRUCK)

Artesanos is a Mexican-style pizza food truck serving the Bloomington-Normal area. Owned by Mayco Martinez and Kira Sakinis, the truck specializes in fresh, quality pizzas featuring unique Mexican-inspired recipes, including signature dishes like Carnes Frías and Mexican pizzas topped with ingredients such as red onion, corn, refried beans, and pickled jalapeños. The business launched in September 2025 and operates throughout Central Illinois with plans to expand to additional locations in the region.
