Chesa’s Gluten Free Food Truck

CheSa’s Gluten Free Food Truck, owned by Chef Chesareé Rollins, operates multiple food trucks serving entirely gluten-free gourmet cuisine throughout Chicago. The business began in 2013 when Rollins was diagnosed with celiac disease while pregnant and inspired her to create her own quality gluten-free dining options; she now operates two food trucks primarily focused on catering events and private functions, complemented by CheSa’s Bistro & Bar, her brick-and-mortar restaurant in the Avondale neighborhood that was featured on USA Today’s list of best gluten-free restaurants in the US.
