Aztec Dave’s is a family-run Mexican food truck and restaurant in Chicago that has been operating since 2015. The business specializes in authentic Mexican cuisine, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and street food prepared with fresh, quality ingredients and flame-grilled meats, along with craft agave cocktails. Aztec Dave’s has expanded to include a full cantina location that opened in December 2021 and provides catering services for corporate events, film productions, and private occasions throughout the Chicago area.
