The STIL

The STIL is a locally owned artisanal ice cream shop founded in 2017 by Boise locals Kasey and Dan, with their Nampa location opening in 2023 at 1225 1st Street South in historic downtown. They specialize in custom-crafted ice cream with creatively unique flavors, including vegan and booze-infused options, all made in small batches with real Idaho ingredients. The STIL has won multiple Best of Boise Awards and has expanded to six locations throughout the Treasure Valley.
