Café Della is a café, bakery, and market located on Main Street in downtown Hailey, Idaho, founded by local entrepreneurs Liza and Ashley who later passed the business to current owners Erica and Daniel. The establishment offers fresh, locally sourced meals, house-made pastries, and a curated selection of provisions, serving locally roasted DOMA Coffee alongside seasonal breakfast and lunch options prepared daily with premium ingredients. Named after Della Mountain in honor of pioneering woman Carrie “Della” Strahorn, the café represents the owners’ commitment to supporting the local Wood River Valley community through quality food and sustainable sourcing from regional farmers and producers.
