Founded in 2017, The STIL—an acronym for The Sweetest Things In Life—is a locally owned artisanal ice cream shop specializing in custom-crafted ice cream made on-site using fresh, local ingredients. The shop offers creatively unique ice cream flavors, vegan options, and alcohol-infused creations, with optional beer, wine, and espresso pairings. Operating multiple locations throughout the Boise area, The STIL has gained widespread recognition and has been honored with multiple Best of Boise Awards for Best Dessert and Best Frozen Treat.
