Soft Landing soft serve

Soft Landing is a soft serve ice cream shop located at 1220 W State Street in Boise, serving high-quality soft serve with signature vanilla and chocolate flavors, plus rotating specialty flavors that change every two weeks. Owner Katie Fourcin, who relocated to Boise from Seattle four years ago after a 20-year career in public relations, opened the shop in February 2025 with a focus on clean ingredients, offering dye-free toppings and including at least one non-dairy flavor option at all times. The beautifully renovated vintage building serves as a community gathering spot in Boise’s North End neighborhood, offering not only soft serve and sorbet but also focaccia paninis and house-made specialty items.
