The business, run by siblings Angeline and John Riley, traces its heritage back five generations to their great-great grandmother Angeline Pierce, who learned to make lefse from her best friend, with the tradition passed down through each generation as a cherished family practice. Founded about two years ago, Loving Lefse operates with a “Community First” mindset, sources Idaho potatoes for their products, and pairs their hand-crafted lefse with specialty craft coffee to create an authentic culinary experience.
