High Note Cafe is a 100% plant-based restaurant located at 225 North 5th Street in downtown Boise, specializing in fresh, homemade food prepared without freezers or microwaves. Operating since 2012, the cafe sources local and organic ingredients whenever possible and is committed to community involvement through hosting live music events and featuring local artwork throughout the space. The owner transitioned the restaurant to fully vegan in 2019.
