Dee’s Ice Cream Trolley

Dee’s Ice Cream Trolley is a restored vintage trolley located at 1615 N 13th Street in Boise’s historic Hyde Park neighborhood, serving nine rotating locally-made flavors from The STIL, an Idaho dairy-based creamery. Opened in July 2025 by owner Quinn Skillin, a former BSU football player, the business was named after his mother to honor her support and aims to create a welcoming community gathering space with seasonal themes and activities. The trolley partners with the Hyde Park Neighborhood Committee and welcomes families and pets, offering a unique ice cream experience designed to enhance the neighborhood’s special character.
