CRISP at The SPARROW

CRISP at The SPARROW is a chef-driven food truck and restaurant concept located at 1070 West Grove Street in downtown Boise, operating out of a permanent Airstream trailer at the boutique Sparrow Hotel. Founded by husband-and-wife team Jake and Christina Sandberg, who established the food truck in 2017 before moving to their current location in 2024, CRISP specializes in globally inspired, locally sourced cuisine with a rotating menu that changes regularly. The business has deep roots in the Boise community, having started at the Boise Farmers Market and now serves the downtown area Tuesday through Friday with elevated dining experiences that combine gourmet fare with casual food truck accessibility.
