Black Market Gelateria

Black Market Gelateria is Boise’s first authentic European-style gelateria, serving handcrafted Italian gelato, sorbet, and traditional Austrian coffee alongside pastries and açaí bowls. Founded by Zbynek “Spin” Mlynarik, who relocated to Boise in 2020, the gelateria opened in September 2023 at 2545 S. Fry Street and operates adjacent to the company’s production facility, making all gelato fresh on-site in small batches using premium, locally sourced ingredients.
