Artisan Ice Cream is a family-owned and operated business located in the heart of Paia, Maui, founded by the same family behind the neighboring restaurant Cafe Des Amis, which opened in 1999. The shop serves handcrafted dairy and vegan ice cream made fresh in-store, with dairy options using organic cream, organic milk, organic egg yolks, and organic cane sugar, while vegan selections are made with coconut milk and coconut cream.
