THE VELI is a plant-based restaurant located in downtown Pāhoa, Hawaii, housed in a historic building at 15-2958 Pahoa Village Road. The restaurant serves healthy Tex-Mex and plant-based cuisine featuring fresh local produce, homemade sauces, and organic ingredients, with options for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free dishes. Owner Rebecca established the restaurant with the vision of supporting local farmers while providing a welcoming community dining space with fair wages for staff.
