Via Gelato

Via Gelato is an artisanal gelato shop located at 1142 12th Ave in Honolulu’s Kaimuki neighborhood, founded in 2013 as a food truck before opening its retail location in 2014. The business handcrafts gelato daily using authentic Italian techniques and unique flavors inspired by local Hawaiian tastes, also offering custom gelato cakes and locally roasted coffee. Founded by owner Melissa Bow, Via Gelato has become a beloved neighborhood gathering space known for its commitment to handmade products and creative, rotating flavor selections.
