Little Vessels Donut Co. is a plant-based donut shop located at 3458 Waialae Ave in Honolulu, Hawaii, founded by Sachi Maclachlan during the pandemic in 2020. All donuts are handmade in small batches using vegan ingredients including coconut milk and coconut oil, with no eggs. The business started from Maclachlan’s apartment before moving to a kitchen in Kaimuki, and operates Thursday and Friday from 8am-2pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm.
