Gordos

Gordos is a family-owned and operated Mexican food business located at 401 Atkinson Drive in Honolulu’s Food Truck Village. Founded in 2020 by owner Alberto Vela, the restaurant originally opened in Waialua before relocating to Honolulu, and specializes in offering both traditional and plant-based Mexican cuisine, including tacos, burritos, and nachos with a full vegan menu designed to accommodate all dietary preferences.
