La Semilla is a plant-based restaurant located at 780 Memorial Drive SE in Atlanta’s Reynoldstown neighborhood that serves modern Latin American cuisine inspired by Cuban culinary traditions. Co-founded by Sophia Marchese and Chef Reid Trapani, the restaurant features scratch-made vegan dishes alongside rum, agave-based cocktails, and natural wines, while fostering community engagement through pop-up collaborations with neighboring chefs and donations to local causes.
