Hell Yeah Gluten Free is a 100% gluten-free bakery located in Atlanta’s Inman Park neighborhood at 900 DeKalb Avenue NE. Founded by baker Alejandra Luaces in September 2019, the bakery specializes in creative gluten-free pastries, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and other baked goods, with vegan and dairy-free options also available. Luaces moved to Atlanta in 2017 and recognized a gap in the local bakery market for quality gluten-free offerings, leading her to leave her job at MailChimp to pursue her passion for baking full-time.
