Flour + Time Bakery

Flour + Time Bakery is a fully vegan bakery in West Midtown Atlanta specializing in handcrafted pastries, sourdough, pies, and other baked goods, located at 1133 Huff Road NW. Founded in 2020 by husband and wife Michael and Leah Bajalia after they lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the bakery started as a home operation before opening its first permanent storefront. The bakery features an open kitchen design with a cafe offering a vegan espresso menu with multiple plant-based milk options and serves as an active participant in the Atlanta vegan community.
