Dairy Palace

Dairy Palace is a family-owned soft serve ice cream stand located on Route 141 in New Castle, Delaware, across from the New Castle Airport. Established in 1956 by Vince and Joyce Parker and currently operated by their daughter Joy Parker, the business serves a variety of soft serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and hot dogs. The iconic 1950s drive-in structure was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019 as the best-known surviving example of a 1950s drive-in ice cream stand in New Castle County, Delaware.
