Shayna B’s By The Sea is a dedicated gluten-free and vegan café and bakery located at 631 Boston Post Road in Westbrook, Connecticut. Founded in 2017 by owner and chef Christine Reed, the business moved from its original location in Old Saybrook to expanded quarters in Westbrook in 2021, offering everything from made-from-scratch pastries and cakes to salads, wraps, and hand-tossed pizzas. The restaurant has gained national recognition, earning Food & Wine’s Top 100 Vegan Restaurants award and becoming the only plant-based restaurant on the Connecticut Shoreline to receive this honor.
