G-Monkey Fast Food Truck

G-Monkey is the nation’s first fully vegan and sustainable food truck, founded in 2009 by Chef Mark Shadle and Ami Beach, offering handcrafted plant-based fast food made from organic, locally-sourced ingredients. The mobile operation operates from Shadle Farm in Durham, CT, their solar-powered headquarters, and returns regularly to West Hartford’s GastroPark and farmers markets throughout Connecticut. The couple previously operated the award-winning vegan restaurant G-Zen in Branford and G-Monkey’s brick-and-mortar location in West Hartford from 2022 to 2023, focusing their energy on expanding the food truck business and offering intimate experiences through their ZenNourished brand.
