The Farm Belly

The Farm Belly is a farm-to-table café and catering company located at 20 Grand Ave in New Haven’s Fair Haven neighborhood, established in 2015 by chef Meg Fama. The business partners with over 80 Connecticut farms to source fresh meats, dairy, and produce for seasonal breakfast, lunch, and catering offerings, serving the community from a bright setting overlooking the Quinnipiac River. The Farm Belly has become a beloved neighborhood gathering place, recognized for its commitment to sustainable, locally sourced food and its role as a community hub for artists, activists, and families.
