The store features hand-selected organic produce from local markets, a full-service deli with vegetarian and kosher options, an on-premises bakery, juice bar, hot bar, and a comprehensive selection of vitamins and natural supplements. Currently owned by Peter Dodge since 1986, Edge of the Woods has become one of Connecticut’s largest natural food markets, serving health-oriented families in the New Haven community for nearly 50 years.
