Arethusa Farm Dairy

Arethusa Farm Dairy operates a scoop shop on Chapel Street in New Haven that serves farm-fresh, Connecticut-made ice cream, cheese, yogurt, milk, butter, and other dairy products. The business is part of Arethusa Farm, which was originally established by the Webster family in 1868 and restored in 1999 with the goal of preserving open farmland and reviving the farm’s century-old dairy tradition. The New Haven location opened to bring quality Arethusa dairy products to downtown customers and the Yale University community.
