Pure Love Bakery

Pure Love Gluten Free Bakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery located at 136 Simsbury Road, Avon, CT, founded in August 2016 by two sisters, Karen Gauvain and Lynn Seery. Specializing in gluten-free and vegan baked goods including breads, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, pastries, cupcakes, and granola, the bakery was inspired when one of the owners was diagnosed with celiac disease and sought to create quality treats for those with dietary restrictions. Pure Love Granola, the sisters’ complementary product line launched in 2012, offers vegan and gluten-free granola options that are low in sugar.
