Vegan AF Box is an all-vegan food truck located at 811 N Main Street in Gunnison, Colorado, founded by owners Mollie and Anthony Contreras. The business specializes in plant-based comfort food, including vegan Philly cheesesteaks, chili bowls, loaded fries, and desserts, bringing creative plant-based cuisine to the mountain community. The Contreras family, who previously lived in a vegan school bus while raising their children, opened Vegan AF Box to introduce approachable plant-based meals to both the vegetarian and vegan communities and to carnivorous diners, with one of their signature chili recipes winning the vegetarian category at the Crested Butte Chili Festival.
