Black Box Bakery, founded in fall 2019 as a side project by a group of friends, operates as a retail and wholesale bakery specializing in unique laminated pastries, croissants, breads, and specialty coffee drinks. Located at Edgewater Public Market in Edgewater, Colorado, the bakery opened its first retail location in early 2022 after initially growing its wholesale business through partnerships with local establishments before moving to larger commercial kitchens.
