Vegan Van is a family-owned vegan food establishment located at 5155 E 39th Ave in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood, serving scratch-made, 100% vegan comfort food. Originally launched as a food truck in November 2011 by two Colorado natives, the business has grown into a permanent location open six days a week, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring house-made items like seitan wings and Italian-style veggie burgers made with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
