Founded by Elizabeth Durham to create healthier, gluten-free versions of baked goods, the business offers a full-service bakery and café with all items free from gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, and made with organic ingredients, along with an online retailer of allergy-friendly baking mixes sold nationwide. The business, which was established in 2017, reopened in February 2022 after relocating and now operates as a family-run enterprise deeply committed to serving the local community and providing safe, nourishing food for people with dietary restrictions and food allergies.
