Vedder’s Sweets, established in 2019, is an organic ice cream shop located in Old Town San Clemente at 111 W Avenida Palizada. Founded by Ashley Vedder, the business specializes in vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO ice cream sweetened exclusively with organic dates and maple syrup rather than refined sugar. Vedder’s also supports community health initiatives, raising awareness and funding for Parkinson’s research with each scoop sold.
