Sandi Sue’s Gluten Free Bakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery in Bentonville, AR that specializes in breads, rolls, pizza dough, cakes, and custom orders made with all natural ingredients. Founded by Sandi Macklom in 2021 after she completed culinary training at Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food, the bakery serves the Northwest Arkansas community with products for both those living a gluten-free lifestyle and general food enthusiasts. The bakery also partners with Bentonville Public Schools’ Ignite Program to provide work-based learning opportunities for high school students.
